This letter is to inform you that Dr. R. Neptune, previously interim Chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department at University of Texas at Austin, has been appointed permanently to the positon effective September 1, 2016. This notification is required by the R-129 Technical Specifications. The following is the current list of Level 1 and Level 2 Line Management for the R-129 license.
