ORDER On November 19, 2009, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in this proceeding granted the hearing request filed on behalf of Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, and denied the request for late intervention jointly filed on behalf of Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League, the Sierra Club, Tennessee Environmental Council, and We the People (together, Petitioners).1 Petitioners have filed an unopposed request for a three-day extension of time in which to appeal the Boards decision.2 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), the deadline for Petitioners to appeal LBP-09-26 is hereby extended to December 3, 2009.
