ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES (ASMs) AND FINGERPRINTING FOR UNESCORTED ACCESS FOR CERTAIN SPENT FUEL STORAGE LICENSEES REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RESPONSE On January 28, 2008, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) an Order (EA-07-195), Issuance of Order for Implementation of Additional Security Measures and Fingerprinting for Unescorted Access for Certain Spent Fuel Storage Licensees (the Order)..As part of the ongoing decommissioning process, DEK revised their answer to the Order on October 15, 2015 to reflect an ISFSI using dry storage that is not collocated with an operating power reactor facility (Serial No.15-337).

On January 11, *2016, the NRC staff requested that DEK submit the current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from the local law enforcement agency. The requested document is attached.
