REMARKS: IP 71111.18, Plant Modifications, has been revised to 1) Sample requirements revised to indicate SAMG update sample required in 2022. Inspectors have flexibility to sample earlier if desired. 2) Guidance on optional document review associated with section 03.02.e was in incorrect section, so it was relocated to appropriate guidance section (editorial change). 3) Specific guidance on SAMG Updates is revised to discuss location of licensee SAMG commitment letters.

IP 81000.01, Access Authorization, has been revised as a result of updates to IP 71130.01. Upon completion of a SUNSI review, the staff concluded that this IP should be decontrolled. Consistent with the staffs SUNSI determination, this IP is now publicly available.

IP 81000.02, Access Control, has been revised as a result of updates made to IP 71130.02. Upon completion of a SUNSI review, the staff concluded that this IP should remain controlled.

IP 93815, Part 52, Operational Programs Implementation Inspection, has been deleted. This IP became redundant with the updated revision of Office Instruction (OI) LIC-114 /REG 106, Part 52, 103(g) Communications IP 95002.03, Guidance for Conducting an Independent NRC Safety Culture Assessment, has been revised to add the requirement that Senior SCAs and SCAs are qualified per IMC 1245 Appendix C-12, as well as various editorial changes.
