REMARKS: IP 41501, Part 52, Review of Training and Qualification Programs, has been revised to make the inspection procedure consistent with the requirements in 10 CFR50.120. Added 10 CFR Part 55 to the inspection basis. Removed fire protection, emergency preparedness, and security personnel training from this procedure, as these programs are not under 10 CFR 120 and training in these disciplines will be inspected under the applicable program. Added recommendation revision resulting from the Charter for Enhancing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Cold Operator Licensing Process, Part B recommendations.

IP 64705, Part 52, Fire Protection Operational Program, has been revised as a complete re-write to reflect revisions and refinements to the inspection program, including extensive feedback from regional inspectors. Reformatted to be consistent with IMC 0040 requirements that have changed since the initial issuance of this IP.
