REMARKS: IMC 0612 Appendix E, Examples of Minor Issues, has been revised to provide minor and more than minor examples for cyber security violations IMC 0613, Power Reactor Construction Inspection Reports, has been revised to eliminate the Deputy RA for Construction, position, provide more detail for identifying and documenting an ITAAC finding and provide allowance for closing ITAAC findings prior to an inspection report being issued.

IP 88020, Operational Safety, has been revised to reflect changes to IMC 2600 resource estimates.

IP 88055, Fire Protection (Annual), has been revised to remove Part 76 certificate holder references and transfer resource hours from IP 88055 to IP 88135.

IP 88135.04, Resident Inspection Program Operational Safety, has been revised to align with IP 88020 due to the annual Category I Fuel Facility Operational Safety resources being absorbed by the Resident Inspector Program.

IP 88135.05, Resident Inspection Program Fire Protection (Annually/Quarterly),

has been revised to align with IP 88020 due to the annual Category I Fuel Facility Operational Safety resources being absorbed by the Resident Inspector Program.
