To reflect this change, we request both NRC Headquarters and Region III to revise their mailing lists. All mailings for the Palisades Plant except for those addressed to David P Hoffman, Vice President, Nuclear Operations Department should be addressed to Gerald B Slade, Plant General Manager, and copies send to David P Hoffman and Patrick M Donnelly.
