ISSUANCE OF ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE TO ALLOW FOR CONVERSION FROM HIGH ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL TO LOW ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL This is to inform the Commission that an Order modifying License No. R-76 will be issued on or about January 23, 2008 to Washington State University, authorizing the possession of Low Enriched Uranium (LEU) fuel to support their conversion from High Enriched Uranium (HEU) fuel to LEU fuel.

Mailing of the Order January 23 2008 Telephone Notification to the licensee January 23, 2008 The State of Washington will be notified.
