On March 12, 2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issuedReference 1, an immediately effective Order to all licensees including NextEraEnergy Duane Arnold, LLC (hereafter NextEra Energy Duane Arnold).
InReference 2, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold submitted an Overall Integrated Planfor the implementation of this Order. The Order required Licensees to provideperiodic status reports for the Overall Integrated Plan.
