Docket No. 50-482: Updated Notification of Readiness for SupplementalInspection

==Dear Mr. Dapas:==
Reference 2 previously notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that Wolf CreekNuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) was ready for the NRC to assess the effectiveness ofactions taken to address the Greater-than-Green inspection finding in the Security Cornerstonedocumented in NRC Inspection Report 05000482/2013403. Subsequent to WCNOC's originalnotification of readiness to the NRC, observations were identified during the security inspectionof July 2014 and the Force-on-Force exercise observed in August, 2014. Due to theseobservations, WCNOC decided to revisit its level of readiness. The NRC was then notified viateleconference that WCNOC would need time to evaluate a plan and identify appropriatecorrective actions to address the observations identified.At this time, WCNOC has identified a plan, and is currently implementing corrective actionsrelated to the observations noted during the subsequent inspections. Therefore, WCNOC isnow ready for the NRC to assess the effectiveness of the actions taken to address the Greater-than-Green inspection finding.
