Unit 1, End of Cycle 28 (11EOC28) Refueling Outage Inservice Inspection (ISI) andSteam Generator Inservice Inspection (SG-ISI) Report, Fifth 10-Year ISI IntervalPursuant to the 2007 Edition through the 2008 Addenda of the American Society of MechanicalEngineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XI, IWA-6000, and use of CodeCase N-532-4, Duke Energy is providing its Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary pertaining to theOconee Nuclear Station (ONS), 1 EOC28 Refueling Outage. This constitutes the first refuelingoutage of the first period in the fifth ten-year interval for Oconee Unit 1. The scope of thissummary excludes Steam Generator Tube Inspection, which is reported separately asdescribed below.Steam Generator Tube inspection at ONS is governed by the Steam Generator (SG) Program inTechnical Specification 5.5.10, and reported to the NRC in accordance with TS 5.6.8 within 180days after entry into MODE 4.
