| Licensee Event Report 84-023-00 reported deviations discovered with respect to Florida Power Corporation's compliance with commitments made regarding low temperature overpressure protection (LTOP). The report described a continuing investigation and committed to a supplemental report by November 15, 1985.
| |
| A letter dated November 15, 1985 indicated the supplement would not be submitted until January 15, 1986.
| |
| This investigation is complete and has resulted in a complete reassessment of the administrative controls for LTOP at Crystal River 3.
| |
| A revised LTOP program has been drafted and is currently receiving management review.
| |
| The new program, along with the reasons for the changes from the old program, will be described in the supplement to LER 84-023 which we now expect to issue by February 10, 1986.
