| Since the calibration of the rams used in the surveillance test is suspected to be the primary contributor to the lif t-off force anomaly, additional effort will be made to ensure that the calibration is properly performed using approved procedures. Post-surveillance calibration vill be performed and lif t-off data verified prior to the completion of the contract.
| |
| To resolve possible discrepancies in documented tendon installation, visual inspections are planned to verify QC records on all tendons which will be tested in Spring of 1981.
| |
| Anomalies in lif t-off forces and discrepancies in visual inspections found during the Spring of 1981 surveillance will be evaluated and pro =ptly resolved. The sample size will be appropriately expanded as a result of the evaluation.
