Pursuant to a request from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC's (ACO) hereby provides the final revision to SEC-18-0002, Information System Security Plan (ISSP) for Oak Ridge, TN; Piketon, OH; and Bethesda, MD, to the NRC to support final approval, as Enclosure 1 of this letter. contains Security-Related Information; therefore, ACO requests this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(d)(l).

Additionally, Enclosure 1 has been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Energy, to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR Part 810.
