On April 10, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. R. Hall of a deficiency involving the use of unqualified motor operated switch compartment space and motor heaters connected to 1E circuits which could result in degraded class IE circuitry. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).

Hall of a deficiency involving the use of unqualified motor operated switch compartment space and motor heaters connected to 1E circuits which could result in degraded class IE circuitry. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
The following actions are being taken to resolve this issue: identification                               l of affected components, review of component qualification status, performance of analysis if required, and completion of environmental qualification documentation.                                                                             l We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate SJbmitting our next report by September 5, 1986.
