Hale of a deficiency involving construction problems observed in pipe whip restraints that may require extensive re-inspections and re-evaluation of the specifications. . Our last interim report was logged TXX-6708, dated September 4, 1987. This is a interim report of ,a potentially reportable item under the provisions of-10CFR50. 55 (e) '.
