Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) and Energy Solutions, LLC, (Energy Solutions) submitted an "Application for Order Approving Transfer of Control ofKPS License and Conforming License Amendments" for Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review in a letter dated May 10, 2021 (Reference 1).

In accordance with the Order referenced above (Reference 2) and 10 CFR Part 3 7 Program, Energy Solutions has designated Ms. Eileen Moore (Security Manager) to be the reviewing official for information from background investigations for access authorization at the KPS Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) upon transfer of the license from DEK to UPON SEPARATION OF THE ATTACHMENT, THIS LETTER IS DECONTROLLED

Energr Solutions ES-2022-011 Page 2 of2 Energy Solutions. The letter requesting approval of Ms. Moore to act as a reviewing official for the KPS ISFSI and the 10 CFR Part 37 Program was submitted on January 5, 2022 (Reference 3).

EnergySolutions, further requests the approval of Marie Boothe-Anderson (currently designated as a reviewing official for the Zion Nuclear Power Station ISFSI, Reference 4) as an additional reviewing official at KPS. EnergySolutions, consistent with their 10 CFR 73.56 Access Authorization Program, will approve the above individual for unescorted access at the KPS ISFSI and for the Part 3 7 Program.

The attachment contains personally identifiable information for Ms. Boothe-Anderson; accordingly, EnergySolutions requests that the Attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 (a)(6).

Energy Solutions requests a response to this letter by June 27, 2022, indicating whether this individual is accepted to act as a reviewing official for the KPS ISFSI and the 10 CFR Part 3 7 Program.
