This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss consequence analysis guidance associated with the draft eligibility criteria as part of the alternative physical security requirements for non-light water reactors and small modular reactors proposed rule. These discussions are likely to impact development and content of the draft implementation guidance (e.g., NEI 20-05, Methodological Approach and Considerations for a Technical Analysis to Demonstrate Compliance with the Eligibility Criteria of 10 CFR 73.55(a)(7)).
