PADUCAH CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - PRODUCT AND TAILS WITHDRAWAL AND CASCADE FACILITIES CRITICALITY ACCID 8ENT ALARM SYSTEM CROSS REFERENCE (TAC NO. L32049)

Dear Mr. Miller:

In accordance with your application dated October 6,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is hereby amended to revise Technical Safety Requirement (TSR) 2.3.4.7 and TSR 2.4.4.2, to provide a cross reference for the Required Actions. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of October 6,1997. This amendment becomes effective 30 days from the date of issuance.

All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.

Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.

Please note that changes to the appearance of the Certificate of Compliance have
