We have reviewed the Compliance Plan issues and actions coming due through the end of the year and agree that it is appropriate to change the date for submittal of the status report. The Compliance Plan Report, following the July 31,1998, report, is to be submitted to the NRC by January 19,1999, and is to cover the period July 16,1998 through January 1,1999. SCHEDULE FOR SUBMISSION FOR QUARTERLY COMPLIANCE PLAN REPORTS
Dear Mr. Toelle:
I am responding to your May 8,1998, letter concerning a revised schedule for submission of the quarterly Compliance Plan Reports. These reports contain the status of Compliance Plan issues and actions that have been completed during the period covered by the report.
Your letter confirms the agreement that the due date for the next report is to be extended from June 15 to July 31,1998. Your letter also proposes that the report following the July 31 report also be extended. We have reviewed the Compliance Plan issues and actions coming due through the end of the year and agree that it is appropriate to change the date for submittal of the status report.
