In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.54(q), enclosed is one (1) cop the following Emergency Plan Procedures (Controlled Copy Number                            : 115)y'each of EPP-118, Revision 2 - Alert and Notification System Surveillance & Reports EPP-202, Revision 2 - Emer'gency Communications EPP-203, Revision 8 - Initial and Follow-up Emergency Notification Communications to Response Organizations EPP-306, Revision 7 - Use of Thyroid Blocking Agents Recent administrative functions and responsibilities have been reassigned regarding the distribution of controlled procedure manuals. This revised responsibility resulted in your controlled copy number changing from 073 to 115. Revisions to the procedures will bear the new controlled copy number; however, until all procedures in the Emergency Plan Manual have been revised, the manual will contain procedures bearing both controlled copy numbers.
