The purpose of this modification is to exercise the option for the contractor to install and implement Optional Service No. 3 " Acquisitions Subsystem"; ob11aate additional funds to cover service for Year 2 of contract and Option 3; increase the contract ceiling amount ; and change NRC Project Of ficer.' The following changes are hereby incorporated:

1. The Government hereby exercises its, option to install and implement

the Acquisitions Subsystem as proposed in On-Line's Best and Final j of for dated January 9,1986 and per your cost proposal dated February 10, 1987, which is hereby incorporated by reference, at a fixed price of $12,750.00. Work on this effort shall be completed j no later than September 30, 1987.

1 l 2. Pricing Schedule i l Under Section B (Pricing Schedule) of the contract, Optional Services is revised to read as follows:

1. Converstion to ILS 3.0 $14,300.00

2. Serlais Control Subsystem $ 9,450.00 l

3. Acquisitons Subsystem $12,750.00 (firm price through September 1987)"

l The remaining items listed under " Optional Services" are not af fected I by this modification and therefore, remains as stated in the contract. l

3. Under Section G - Contract Administration Data, subsection G.3 -

l Contract Ceiling Amount, the first two sentences are revised to read as follows: l l "The total amount of this contract for the delivery and l acceptance of the products / services stipulated herein is $144,108.00. The amount of funds presently available for performance under this contract are $144,108.00."

4. Under Section C, subjection G.5 - Project Of ficer, Item B is revised to read as follows:
