Proposed Rule: Reliability and Availability Infonnationfor Risk-Significant Systems and Equipment 61 Fed. Reg. 5318 Request for Comments On February 12,1996, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a notice for public comment regarding the issuance of a proposed rule: " Reliability and Availability Information for                  '
Risk-Significant Systems and Equipment." These comments are submitted on behalf of Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), a licensed operator of two nuclear power plant units in Dade County, Florida and two units in St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and Nuclear Utility Backfitting and Reform Group (NUBARG) will be issuing comments on the subject proposed rulemaking. FPL endorses the                              .
