This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). I hereby request copies of all records containing the following information: the Nuclear Regulatory Commission analysis and recommendations as a result of the analysis regarding the incident that occurred at Three Mile Island on March 28, 1979. As acceptable by the FOIA, please provide release all available portions of documents; I expect the agency to segregate specific exemptions of the Act.
In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am affiliated with an educational or noncommercial scientific institution, and this request is made for a scholarly or scientific purpose and not for commercial use.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government and is not primarily in my commercial interest. I am currently learning about administrative law and rulemaking, which includes the FOIA process.
If the agency is unable to waiver part or all the fees for this request, please inform me the estimated amount of fees I am expected to pay before processing my request.
