Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. OPR-51 Revised ANO-1 Second 10-Year Inservice Inspection Program Submittal Gentlemen:
Our letter dated January 31, 1985, (1CAN018507) stated that we anticipated making our proposed ANO-1 Second 10-Year Inservice Inspection Program submittal by February 28, 1985. This program, which has been updated to meet the requirements of the 1980 ASME Section XI code with addenda through Winter 1981 (except for Subsection IWE), is enclosed for NRC's review and approval. Please note that:
* The applicable P& ids were transmitted with our submittal dated August 27, 1984, (1CAN088410)
* The applicable Inservice Inspection (ISI) Relief Requests were transmitted with our letter dated February 4, 1985, (1CAN028501);
and
* Since our letter dated January 31, 1985, we have discussed the applicability of Subtection IWE requirements with Mr. Guy Vissing of your staff. We understand that the requirements of Subsection IWE are not presently imposed upon Commission licensees and that applicability of Subsection IWE will be considered separately by l
