1 The report was reviewed against the objectives-of the Environmental Protection Plan as stated in Section 1.0 Appendix B to the Operating License, and it has been determined that these objectives are being met.

A summary and analysis of the results of environmental protection activities required by Appendix B, Section 4.2 are provided in Attachment A.
