The enclosed revisions are necessary to correct an inadvertent omission and typographical errors present in the first issue of the plan. This revision does not change the technical content or intent of the plan.

Please insert the attached revised pages and discard those superceded pages present in the plan.

Consumers Power reserves the right to revise this plan if changes are made to Section XI of the ASME Code which Consumers Power Company determines to be in its best interests to implement and which are authorized by means of a change to 10 CFR 50.55a or which clarify the intent of existing versions of the ASME Code.

It should also be recognized that revisions to this plan may become necessary because of changes in the design or construction of the plant.
