Emergency Plan Form FC-EPF-2 was revised to add more Plume Search Data record space. Form FC-EPF-8 was revised to delete the Minimum Detectable Activity Calculation.
Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EPIP-RR-17A was revised to delete the TSC Telephone Operator position, the Event Chronology Board Keeper position and name of the foreman at the Milder Oil Warehouse.
