As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Opera-ting License", together with forty (40) copies of the pro-posed Technical Speci fications.
The application seeks to amend Sections 5.2.2, 0.9. l(c), and 5.9.2(a) of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A of Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 to formally incor-porate administrative changes regarding implementation of NUREG-0737 Items I.A.l.3.1 (limit overtime for key plant personnel) and II.K.3.3 (reporting failures and challenges l
to pressurizer PORV or safety valves).
1I The proposed Amendment is deemed to be a Class II t, gh Amendment within the meaning of Section 170.22 of the g
regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
