I am in receipt of a copy of a letter of May 28, 1981, which you sent to Harold R. Denton in the above-entitled matter.

I note that in the Certificate of Service which was attached to your May 28 letter my name does not appear until after tne names of the four commissioners and Mr. Bickwit and it is possible that the failure to send these documents to me was merely one of over-sight.                                     --
