The Commission was briefed on a variety of medical issues by representatives from the Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes (ACMUI). The topics discussed included an overview of ACMUI activities; Guidelines to Nursing Mothers for Exposure from the Medical Administration of Radioactive Materials; Training and Experience Requirements for All Modalities (35.300 Uses); Review and Analysis of Reported Medical Events from Fiscal Years 2014-2017; and Patients' Rights Advocate's Perspective on Nursing Mother Guidelines, Training and Experience Requirement for All Modalities (35.300 Uses), and Medical Event Reporting.
