The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff on the results of the Agency Action Review Meeting. In light of the decline in the number of power reactor inspection findings under the Reactor Oversight Process over the last three years, the staff should perform an analysis to better understand the likely causes of this trend and consider whether further action is appropriate. The staff should provide its analysis to the Commission within 30 days of this Staff.
