Area Evaluation Proposed project would acquire about 7 acres of property located on undeveloped grasslands adjacent to SR 84.

Easement area is characterized as non-impacted based on both historical assessments and environmental assessments Sample results indicate the area is non-impacted (consistent with natural background levels characteristic of the surrounding areas)
