The enclosed Regulatory Guide, | The enclosed Regulatory Guide, Training and Qualification of Security Personnel at Nuclear Power Reactor Facilities (DG-5015, RG 5.75) is being transmitted to the Division of Engineering, Regulatory Guide Development Branch for review, processing, and to obtain the necessary approvals to finalize and publish the final regulatory guide. | ||
The RG 5.75 was developed in the Reactor Security Rulemaking and Licensing Branch. This Regulatory Guide was issued for public comment in January 2008, and the final draft addresses the comments received. The responses to the comments received are enclosed. In addition, several public meetings with stakeholders were conducted to understand the comments, and where possible achieve resolution. This process of interaction has resulted in significant changes to the final regulatory guide. Therefore, a red-line, strike-out, copy of the draft guide has not been provided. The Regulatory Guide has undergone technical editing and appropriate changes have been incorporated.
