On May 23, 2019, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a notice in the Federal Register announcing a 30-day extension of the public comment period on the staffs draft approaches regarding training and experience (T&E) requirements for radiopharmaceuticals requiring a written directive (84 FR 23812).
The new comment period end date is July 3, 2019. Please submit your comments on the staffs draft approaches for T&E by July 3, 2019, using www.Regulations.gov, Docket ID NRC-2018-0230.
To review the draft approaches on which the staff would like your feedback, please see Section III of the May 2, 2019, Federal Register notice: https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2019-08996.
