DESIGNATION OF OFFICIALS FOR SECURITY-RELATED ADVERSE ACTIONS In a memorandum dated October 22, 2015, Victor McCree, Executive Director for Operations, delegated authority to the Director, Office of Administration, to designate proposing and deciding officials for all security-related adverse actions (ML15267A784). Accordingly, in a memorandum dated December 10, 2015, Ms. Cynthia A. Carpenter, Director, Office of Administration, designated the Branch Chief, Personnel Security Branch (PSB), to be the proposing official for all actions taken pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Chapter 75 associated with the suspension and/or revocation of employee access authorization (national security clearance) and employment clearance (ML18278A089). Furthermore, Ms. Carpenter designated the Director, Division of Facilities and Security (DFS), to be the deciding official for all actions taken pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Chapter 75 associated with the suspension and/or revocation of employee access authorization (national security clearance) and employment clearance.
Until the permanent Director, DFS, returns, I designate the Acting Director, DFS, to be the deciding official for all actions taken pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Chapter 75 associated with the suspension and/or revocation of employee access authorization (national security clearance) and employment clearance.
