RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF INRC-2018-00070211 1 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RE~~~SE D INTERIM I.t I FINAL PART I.D - COMMENTS As permitted by the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(6)((B)(iv), and NRC's FOIA regulations, 10 CFR 9.39(e), we have aggregated the three requ(;!sts described above, for purposes of assessing fees, as we believe that your requests, submitted within a three-week time period, and seeking similar staff-related records, actually constitute a single request for records of clearly related matters. 1 With respect to your request for organizational charts of the Office of Intelligence, there is no current program office with that name. Moreover, we have confirmed with the NRC Historian that no such program office existed since the NRC was created and began operations in 1975. We have enclosed the organizational chart for the Office of Public Affairs.

With respect to your request for an agency-wide, or program office-specific, staff directory (or index) that includes the names of, and email addresses for, NRC staff, the NRC does not maintain such directories and the NRC is not obligated to create records in order to respond to a FOIA request.
