Federal Register Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019
==SUBJECT:==
FINAL RULE: REVISION OF FEE SCHEDULES; FEE RECOVERY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019 A copy of the Federal Register notice of the final rulemaking, Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019, is enclosed. The notice describes the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions final amendments to the licensing, inspection and annual fees charged to its applicants and licensees.
It is requested that the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards notify the Agreement States to distribute this final rule to their licensees. The rule does not change Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 170 fees currently assessed to those Agreement State licensees, who perform work in non-Agreement States, under the reciprocity provisions of 10 CFR 150.20. The reciprocity fee increased by $300, from $1,800 in FY 2018, to $2,100 in FY 2019 due to biennial review changes and the slight increase in the hourly rate, from $275 in FY 2018 to $278 in FY 2019.
