Reference 1 submitted the Inservice Inspection Report in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph IWA-6230 of ASME, Section XI, 1989 Edition/No Addenda (3rd interval), Paragraph IWA-6240 of ASME, Section Xl, 2001 Edition/2003 Addenda (4th interval) and 10 CFR Section 50.55a(g) for Refueling Outage (RFO) 20 for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC)..A recent review of the RFO 20 Inservice Inspection Report revealed that inaccuracies had entered into the report during its development.
The enclosure to this letter contains the appropriate, corrected replacement sections of the RFO 20 Inservice Inspection Report for the DAEC for the 4th 10-year inspection interval.
Deletions are shown as being lined out and additions are bolded. These replacement sections supersede the corresponding sections in Enclosure 2 of Reference 1.This letter contains no new commitments nor revises any previous commitments.

Pre-service examinations performed on EBB-5-SR-12 included stanchion-to-pipe welds (MT examination) and a final VT-3 examination.
Adjacent springcan hangers EBB-5-H-1 and EBB-5-H-2 were pinned during the installation of EBB-5-SR-12.

CAP 47392 was written. WO A76710 was written to remove the indication.
The indication was reduced to an acceptable size (Ref. --B-342--24 IWB-3113) with a remaining wall thickness of 0.439" (Minimum wall of 0.4378 was allowed).
A final PT (ref. Report PT-07-009) was performed with the final length of indication being 0.080" which was calculated as acceptable.
