Dear Mr. DeLaBarre:

Enclosed is an application from Materion Brush Inc., dated November 20, 2018, requesting amendment No. 01 to its existing export license, XCOM1305. The license presently authorizes the export of beryllium reflector assemblies and related minor reactor components to France for use in the Jules Horowitz Reactor.

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date of expiration from December 29, 2018 to December 29, 2023.

Since there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing license being requested, our office is processing this as a minor amendment. We intend to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review has expired, and it is determined that applicable export license criteria are met.

Sincerely, 12/17/2018 X Peter J. Habighorst Peter J. Habighorst Signed by: Peter J. Habighorst Peter J. Habighorst, Chief Export Controls and Nonproliferation Branch Office of International Programs cc w/enclosure:
