The inspection report identified an apparent violation of NRC requirements pertaining to inadequate acceptance criteria to verify

Because of the other work activities ~hich have be~n higher priority, we are extending the forecast cdmpletion date of corrective action 4 in our reply to the Notice of Violation from July 15, 1993 until December 1, 1993.
