On December 7, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17338A930), a Category 2 public meeting was held between the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and representatives from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) to discuss their draft document that requests the Use of Flexible Scheduling Provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.155(h)(2) to establish an alternative date for compliance with reevaluated seismic hazard mitigation requirements of 10 CFR 50.155(b)(2) (ADAMS Accession No. ML17321B023).
