Dear Mr. Kurtz:
By letter dated January 12, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18022A453), Sargent & Lundy, LLC (S&L) submitted an approval
(-A) version of S&L Nuclear Quality Assurance Program, Topical Report SL-TR-1, Revision 24 to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. S&L has done so in accordance with our request to publish the approval version of this TR, as detailed in the transmittal letter dated December 26, 2017, of the NRC staffs final safety evaluation (ADAMS Accession No. ML17345A113) for the original TR.
