As requested in your letter dated January 29, 2018, Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval No. 0226, Revision 7, is hereby terminated. Your general license under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 71, Subpart C, to transport licensed material and your registration as a user of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved packagings under 10 CFR 71.17(c)(3) are also terminated. Therefore, you are no longer authorized to procure, maintain, repair, or use radioactive material packagings under 10 CFR Part 71.

Dear Mr. Raab:

As requested in your letter dated January 29, 2018, Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval No. 0226, Revision 7, is hereby terminated.
