If the conditions and assumptions used in the analyses are not representative, the licensee should identify the major design differences between the plant analy~ed and the licensee's plant. A qualitative assessment of the effect these differences have on the analyses can be offered by the licensee; however, if this assessment lacks technical support, a schedule for providing plant specific analyses will be required. For applicants for operating licenses the completion dates for any required analyses should be consistent with your review schedule.
