On October 25, 2005, the TSTF submitted TSTF-492, Revision 0, "Modify RHR - High Water Level Bases to Address Decay Heat Removal w ith Upper Internals Inst alled."  Upon further consideration, the TSTF withdraws TSTF-492 from NRC consideration.
