IE/l DOCKETNO.UNITNAMEDATECOMPLETEDBYTELEPHONEPAGE50-316D.C.Cook-UnitNo.26-11-80'BBB.svensson616465-59011of2MAJORSAFETY-RELATEDMAINTENANCEMAY,1980M-3CSI-1CRI-2CSI-3LowflowwasdetectedfromthesamplepumpforR-25,containmentairparticulatedetector.Replacedthepumpandverifiedoperability.TheCCWspargetankeastlevelrecorderisolationvalve,CLR-410V2was'leaking.'.Replacedvalveandtubing.'o.3steamgeneratorpowerreliefvalve,MRV-233wasleakingby.Allgasketswerereplaced;disc,,pilotdiscandpilotseatsweremachined.Thevalvewasleaktestedandoperabilityverified.Thepressurizerlevelcontrolsystemwouldnotmaintainthesetpointlevelduringautomaticoperation.TheresetactionoflevelcontrollerLC-459wasremovedandflowcontrollerFC-121gainwasreduced.Thecontrolsystemnowrespondsandmaintainspressurizerlevelatthepro-grammedsetpoint.SteamgeneratorlevelprotectionsetIII,steamgeneratorNo.3levellow-lowandhighlevelbistableLB-538AlBrequiredreplacementduetoadriftprobleminthehighalarmsetpoint.Asparebistablewasinstalledandsurveillancetest2THP4030STP~117wasperformedtoverifythechannel'soperability.IcecondensertemperaturerecorderSG-017indicatedoffscaleatthelowendoftravel.Theservomotor,pointselectorswitchandpendriveamplifiercardwerereplaced.,Therecorderwascalibratedper12THP6030IMP.079andreturnedtoservice.C&I-4CSI-5Thecomparatorandratedrawerchannelsforthenuclearinstrumentationsystemdisplayedadeviationalarm.Thealarmwaspresentwiththedeviationbetween.channelslessthantherequiredsetpoint.Thebistablecardforchanneldeviationalarmactuationwasreplacedwithasparecardandthecalibrationofthebistablewasperformed.RadiationMonitoringSystemChannelRll,containmentairparticulatemonitor,airpumptrippedwithoutproducinganalarminthecontrolroom.Thealarmbulbhadbeenreplacedwithaneontypewhichwasincorrect.Afilamenttypebulbwasinstalledandoperatedproperly.Theairpumpwastrippingonlowairflow.Theairflowindicationrotometerrequiredreplacement.Thealarmunitwascalibratedforcorrectsetpointsandtheairflowratewasadjustedfor10cfmflow.
