Correction to Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 1, 2 and 3 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report 58, January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 On 4/29/16, Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) submitted the subject Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (ARERR). This report included a revision to the site Process Control Program (PCP) for Radioactive Wastes (RW-AA-100) which was marked 'Exelon Confidential/Proprietary'. Although the PCP was submitted as company confidential, Exelon has re-evaluated this marking and does not consider this procedure to be company confidential. The PCP should not have included the 'Exelon Confidential/Proprietary' label and therefore, there is no need for the NRC to process this as a proprietary document. This oversight has been entered into the Exelon Corrective Action Program. Patrick D.
