This letter is submitted in accordance with the requirements of PSBR (TS 6.6.2.b.l) to provide a written report of a "Permanent change to the facility organization involving level 1-2 personnel" within 30 days of the change. Effective May 9, 2016, Dr. Neil Sharkey, Vice President for Research, permanently assumed the Level 1 position. Previous correspondence had notified the NRC of his temporary role while a personnel search was in progress. In addition to this formal role change, the position title has been modified to reflect a new scope of responsibilities necessitating a change to Section 6 of the PSBR Technical Specifications. We will request a change in our Technical Specification reflecting the title change. The contact information for Dr. Sharkey has not changed. Please address any questions regarding this report and amendment request to Mark Trump, Associate Director for Operations, at 814-863-2745.
