Basis for Closutre From 11/03/05 Closure Ltr: On August 19, 2005, you filed a complaint of discrimination under Section 211 of the Energy Reorganization Act with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). In a letter to the NRC dated October 21, 2005, DOL informed us that it has closed the investigation of your case as the parties have settled the matter. Because a settlement agreement was executed, we are closing your concern. No unresolved technical issues or violations of NRC requirements were identified.}}
